How to book?

Contact Us
To book an appointment for your Energy Performance Certificate, simply contact us with your address, contact details, and the number of bedrooms in your property, along with any renewable energy installations you may have. We will respond promptly with a price quote and our terms and conditions.

Appointment
If you are happy with your quotation for the Energy Performance Certificate, simply send the signed terms and conditions along with the instruction letter back to us, and please state your preferred dates for the visit. We will coordinate with you or your estate agent to arrange a suitable time. Please note that the invoice must be settled 48 hours prior to the visit.

Receive the report
Once your property is visited, we will be able to complete the RdSAP calculation and provide you with your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) report, which will be logged through Elmhurst and delivered to you in a convenient PDF format.
